Excellent stay

I had an excellent experience here. The service was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff can communicate well in English, which makes everything very easy and comfortable.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the ATM on site is a very convenient extra. There is also a gym available, which is great for keeping up with workouts during the stay.
The location is moderate, but this was not really an issue for me. If you need transportation, a taxi can come directly to the entrance, making it easy to get around.
Overall, everything was excellent and I had no complaints. I would definitely be happy to stay here again. There is really nothing specific I would recommend changing—the hotel already provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect hotel in the center of rio

The hotel was perfect for our holidays in Rio! The staff was very kind and especially Rafael who did our check in, he explained everything we needed to know

Personalized and humanized service

It's not like staying in another hotel. I felt at home. We felt super welcomed with our particularities, as we were there for work, I needed a space to work before and even after check-in, and both Rafael and Gabriel from the reception and Semovick from the restaurant allowed me to work without any problem. The Mr. Hélio at the Rooftop was also very attentive to us. Everyone is very polite, helpful, and they don't treat you like just another guest, a number, but they see your needs. That's how I felt! Thank you everyone! Until next time!!!

Amazing work experience at the rooftop bar

Amazing experience at the rooftop bar with Matteus, Maria and Helius. They are all very friendly and provided us with an amazing service. We always looked forward to coming to the rooftop bar each night. I highly recommend!
