Perfect experience

Wonderful hostel. Highly prepared staff which makes the experience unique, with extremely caring and cordial staff. Comfortable pillows and bed. Very good bathroom, very good shower. Dishes and drinks extremely well executed. Absolutely everything we ate and drank was wonderful. Breakfast simply perfect. A place to rest and reconnect with nature. Real air-conditioned pool. Daiane's massage is perfect, do not fail to make up a lot. My pet was very well treated and welcomed, which left us super happy and grateful. Anyway, super recommend the hostel, we will come back as many times we have the opportunity. Worth every cent paid for the experience.

What a wonderful experience!!!

Excellent guesthouse!! The food is amazing!! The attendees John and Lazaro are super efficient and very attentive, do not stop a minute, they can pay attention to all the guests!! Surreal!! The pool is the best in the world, the water is really heated!!!!! I got a chocolate cake that was from the Gods!!! I highly recommend!!

Paradise to rest in contact with nature while children have fun

The stone guesthouse is on the edge of the Jaguara dam with a beach of stones and land where there are paddles and kayaks available and a pier for parking boats and jetski. The bar/restaurant is on top of the dam so that all the time we are in contact with this wonderful view of relaxing green waters. The pool is air-conditioned so it can be used at any time. The meals from breakfast to served throughout the day until 22hs are well served, delicious, and has many options to suit all tastes from children to adults. Staff is too much. Vini from the bar improves any drink and Wesley and Bianca and Davi serve with a lot of sympathy and efficiency. Comfortable and cozy rooms and bathrooms. It is to come and relax while the children entertain among water activities, jumps, swimming pool.

Reasonable experience

We were greeted in the Inn by the manager, Diana, very cordial. Rooms with satisfactory cleanliness. Reasonable breakfast. Restaurant food 5/10, did not please us (cold puré, hard rice, muuuuuito demora), as well as the service at the kiosk, staff are not trained. Television from room 10 did not work any day, we requested at reception, the employee returned that would request reinforcement in the network and went to the room, but nothing resolved, we stayed the 3 days without television. On Saturday, we ordered wine and we were snacking, we were not attentive to the schedule, we went to order dinner Ace 22:02 and the waiter ⁇ that the kitchen was closed. Yes, it closed at 22:00, we were not told if we wanted to ask for anything else, the staff stayed until 23:00 in the premises and we had to go to the room hungry. Room 10 with very bad smell of sewage, complained and unresolved. At the checkout, the receptionist, in a bad mood explaining about the bill, employee interrupting, finally... employees are not prepared to receive the public. We expected more for the value and “fame” that the Inn has. Note: 6/10

We don't like

We expected more. We went on a relaxing trip as a couple, but for those going with that intention, I believe this is not the ideal place.
The inn is beautiful, the room is pleasant, but at the weekend there are many guests, children, noise, noise from the dam in front, loud music, and the pool does not accommodate the number of guests either.
There are those who like it, but for us and for our purposes, they were not valid days.
