2-year-old drunk attacked by a guest dog

My 2 year old daughter was attacked by a dog of a guest without notion, he was without collar during breakfast inside the restaurant and no employee did anything, until now no one contacted me. Poorly oriented employees, nstalacoes of the room capengas, dirt, not worth what they charge, subebte the leisure area is beautiful. Not coming back and not recommend!

Great staff but structure leaves much to be desired.

It is a beautiful and cozy guesthouse. The staff are very careful. The beds are great, the room has a good space. Some points can be improved: the pool is very cold, regardless of the time, the jacuzzi is great but because of the rotation of people in the late afternoon it gets very dirty. The restaurant is not recommended, although the food is delicious, everything in it is very time-consuming (coming to almost 2h wait for a dish at dinner), even the coffee takes too long the way they serve. The Pousada is a bit away from the city and the road is not very good. For the value of the daily I would not repeat the lodging.

DIRTY, DIRTY AND BAD ROAD

LOCATION AND ROAD: The guest house is on the Abbey Road, before Pirenópolis and is a terrible ground road, full of winding and dangerous stretches. You can't catch it at night or on a rainy day. The guesthouse staff says it's quiet, but it's not. It has two different accesses and one road is bad and the other worse, so prepare to get stuck in the hostel.
ROOMS: The rooms we took was a chalet and a family suite. The cottage was with moffed doors, dirt in the bathroom, limousine, crushed, rusted dirt, that is, it is nothing that shows in the photos. The family suite was uninhabitable, with mold on all walls, ceiling, the bathroom was pure mold and lime. The jar was dirty when we arrived. The sheets stained with red-brown dirt, blood type or stools. The furniture with dust, it seemed that was not cleaned frequently.
KEYING: The meals are good, but extremely expensive, a spaghetti can cost around 90,00. And detail, individual portion, pq doesn't serve two people.
Breakfast: good
We prepared to stay from 30/12 to 02/01 and left on the 31st, because the rooms were uninhabitable.

Disappointment

Worst experience, for a daily rate of 1000 reais, it starts on the dirt road, which is horrible and you are only informed after payment has been made, there is everyone for themselves, there is not even a telephone in the room to speak to the reception, guests are left totally without support, at dinner we spent 2 HOURS AND 10 MINUTES waiting for the food and the restaurant wasn't even full, on Sunday it rained all morning and not even for an employee to take an umbrella to get us to the rest, the area from the room to the The restaurant is fully open, not to mention that for you to have a clean room you have to pay 50 reais, that's right, for a daily rate of 1000 reais you don't have the right to a clean room, an issue that was only communicated at the time of check-in.
Anyway, don't get carried away by the beautiful photos on Instagram like me.

Senhora, sinto muito pela seu descontentamento com a experiência vivida na Pousada Vereda da Serra. Nosso propósito é sempre trazer aos nossos hóspedes uma experiência diferenciada em meio ao Cerrado Goiano. Ficamos no alto da Serra, próximos às Cachoeiras e temos sim uma estrada de chão para chegar na Pousada.
Gostaríamos de esclarecer alguns pontos que ficaram mal entendidos:
1. Realmente não temos telefones nos quartos, mas disponibilizamos o nosso WhatsApp para a comunicação com nossa equipe;
2. Em época de chuva disponibilizamos guarda-chuvas para todos os hóspedes;
3. Sobre a limpeza das acomodações, nunca cobramos nenhuma taxa por esse serviço, o qual já está incluso no valor da diária, solicitamos aos hóspedes que peçam a arrumação sempre que necessário. Afinal não entramos nas acomodações sem autorização destes;
Gostaríamos dessa forma de nos colocar a sua disposição caso queira ter uma nova experiência na nossa Pousada.
