Great location and friendly staff

It was a great stay at the Azurra, we stayed here for 3 days and then went to João Pessoa and Pipa in between and then came back for another three days and nights.
Our room was adequate in size with a cute balcony facing the ocean. The bathroom was great but could do with a touch up on the English sign so that no one throws anything in the toilet. The shower was quick to heat up and had a great flow, the sink was hot and cold which was nice as well and made it more pleasant to shave.
The staff were the best part about our stay here, very welcoming and kind. When we brought back too much food from our dinners or lunches we could put it in the fridge and then they would let us use the microwave to warm up the food, which saved us a couple bucks on the next meal and also saved some food waste. Claudio was one of the cleaners here, and helped us out with the above requests multiple times, obrigado Claudio!
The breakfasts were good to start our day and ran until 10am, had some fruit in the morning and the staff would even make you tapioca on request.
Great stay here, with an excellent location close to the beach at a reasonable price. The one thing that could be improved is the internet which only really works by the pool area. Would definitely recommend if you made it this far into my review! ;)

Bad election.

Very bad rooms,dark,false windows in underground..wscalera q leads to the rooms and to the beach c scaffolding under construction...very low level
The pool really a joke... little girl without more q 2 pastry chairs stuck to the restaurant...lousy place

I don't recommend it to anyone

The room is small and dark, the air conditioning was very noisy and broke on the last day, we had to change rooms. The bathroom paper is terrible, the towels are old and the mattress is old and very bad to sleep on. The minibar does not freeze and cools very little. The breakfast is very bad, the pool is small, the room smells like mold and at the end the room door handle broke.

simple guesthouse

Azurra Inn, perfect and simple.
Ponta Negra beach is so beautiful, I just miss it.
The guesthouse offers everything, in front of the beach and views of Morro do Careca.
I just didn't really like the room where I stayed, it had a lot of noise as it was on the pool and breakfast side.
the breakfast is excellent, I want to congratulate the guy and girl who make tapioca, freshly made tapioca, everything is good.
Regarding cleaning, it's a 10, the girl who cleans the room, I don't remember her name (Janaína or Jaqueline) is very friendly.
About the service, I really liked the service from Fernando and Jhony, they were helpful with everything, I noticed some attendants and employees with their heads down, their faces closed.
But to top it all off, the inn is top-notch, with a wonderful view.
If I return for Christmas I will definitely return to this guesthouse again..

terrible experience

First of all it is fair to note that allthough inefficient, the staff was friendly. The rest was downhill. wWe arrived an hour early and although being told the cleaning staff would prioritize our room the opposite was true, leaving us to wait in the very hot “lobby”. We decided that the pool area would be more confortable but found the pool completely filthy with gelatin white floating substance that looked a lot like semen. Once the room was finally available we happily occupied a dark room with very little natural light, old furniture and a bed with large dents on the mattress- clearly very old and in need of renovation. What acrually made the experience unbearable was the foul smell of the room, mixed with toxic fumes of the bleach used to mask it. We left in less than an hour after occupying the room, to mever come back.
