Could have been much better

My experience was not very good. We stayed in a room where the bathroom had a leak and took a bath and when I went to make the complaint, the wardrobe was in the hallway, and provided 2 floor towels to put where it leaked. Ali ja vi q was an old thing and would not use going to the reception. This employee, the cleaner and the morning receptionist, were cordial and attentive. Now the receptionists of the night, a ugly guy all the time and not a pingo willing to help who needed. The interphone was embellished. I never called Q I was taken care of and found out what they did on purpose. Pq saw a day q was near the reception Since q the hotel has no elevator and had q to go down 2 steps to get some doubts. The positive point was the morning coffee, always with fresh cakes, fruits, quick replacement, tapioca made on time (1 taste only), the polite and attentive staff. The pool looks big in the pictures, but it's small. The towels are already worn out, rough, urgently in need of replacement. The food trucks are on the other side of the avenue, very close. I think q to be good, I would need a manager, as it is a network, it seems q the employees do what they want, without supervision.
