Our experience at D Beach Resort

We had a very positive experience during the 7 days we stayed at D Beach Resort.
Right upon arrival we were very well received. We had a small problem with the reservation, because, due to a mistake of the responsible sector, the accommodation of our 5-year-old nephew was not initially included. Fortunately, the problem was resolved quickly by the attendant who received us, showing attention and willingness to resolve the situation.
We stayed in row 6, in apartment 604. Because it is located in a higher area of the resort, a few climbs of stairs are required. In the first days it was quiet, but during the stay the stairs began to weigh a little. However, a very positive point is that the resort provides golf carts, which were always available when we requested, making our travel much easier.
The structure of the hotel is very beautiful. The contact with nature, the green on all sides and the pleasant climate make the environment very special and provide a really pleasant feeling of being on holiday.
The breakfast is good and tasty. As a suggestion for improvement, I believe there could be a greater variety of options from one day to another, especially for those who stayed several days.
The rooms are simple, but well cared for and meet well the resort proposal. I would like to leave a special thanks to the waitress Laura, who took very good care of our apartment during all 7 days. His work, care and attention made a difference in our stay.
We even had a small problem with the toilet lid and, before we even needed to request any provision, Laura herself realized the situation and took the initiative to request the exchange. It may seem like just a small detail, but, to us, it demonstrates a lot about the quality of the care, the care and the attention she had with us throughout the entire stay.
Overall, we were pleased with the experience at D Beach Resort. We found a beautiful environment, surrounded by nature, a caring staff and a structure that provided good times for our family.
We thank the entire staff for the receptivity and care with us during our stay. ❤️

Deplorável

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. Generally if I have a bad experience I do not share. If you can’t say something nice then don’t say nothing at all. However, I have to share as the reviews of this resort are so misleading. This is not a resort, it’s a cheap hut by the sea. We arrived at night and thank god we did because if I saw how dirty this place was during the day I would have been even more upset.
⁃ Dirty sheets
⁃ Dirty pillows
⁃ Cheap sheets
⁃ Dirty towels
⁃ Lights fixtures filled with bugs
⁃ Door does not secure properly
⁃ Bad check in experience and also the most unusual experience
⁃ Breakfast is just gross and limited choices. They have table clothes on the tables that stay filthy because they won’t want to change them between guests or just have bare tables that are sanitized between guests.
⁃ Limited staff everywhere
⁃ Google map address is wrong
I wasn’t expecting amazing, I was just expecting a clean room, decent breakfast and nice service. I spending just one night in Natal so I was fine with choosing a less expensive hotel. However, I leaned my lesson.
The D in beach resort stands for Deplorável.

Care left nothing to be desired

The place is beautiful and comfortable, the food is good, but we had a problem in the air conditioning of the room that started leaking, wet the bed. On Saturday we asked two to take a look and the night we left, when we returned the air was still pinging, we had to move away the bed so as not to get wet and we spent the night with the air off. On Sunday we requested three more times, including the maid called asking for them to go see the air and they did not go. We had to put a garbage dump under the air so we didn't get water on the floor and it stayed until our check out on Monday. We were very disappointed, because we pay expensive daily and everything we consume there and there when we ask for a care they ignore.

D Beach Resort

This is my second stay at this hotel! Cozy place, but with limited accessibility. Restaurant with good food, but no vegan option on the menu. We were in 7 people, being two vegans. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant for 5 people and the 2 vegans ordered delivery. When the food arrived, the two were not allowed to join us because the food was not from the restaurant, even though they were drinking. I found them extremely rude. If you don't put options for everyone on the menu, you can't make these kinds of restrictions. The care of "some" employees tb leave much to be desired. But it's a pretty place!

Great Ponta Negra Beach location near Morro do Careca. Beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools, with mature mango, Caju, Jambu fruit trees and tropical flowers. Uppermost chalets require a vigorous uphill walk. Excellent views of the ocean and Morro do Careca. Good restaurant, breakfast, helpful staff!
