Lack of respect for the maidens

I liked the facilities, missed some details like frigobar, but ok!
My question was that I arrived early in the morning, needed to sleep well, because after lunch, I would continue my trip of a few hours. The maidens do the greatest bullshit, talking badly about the guests without any concern. A shame, less a client

Overnight in Marília

Coffee is not good, it looks burnt after being reheated; There are no options for celiacs, hot water in the shower didn't work, bathroom sink was blocked, ice buckets were dirty. Good and secure parking, the attendants are friendly and attentive.

Very good

Very good hotel, reception staff very attentive and friendly.
Very tasty breakfast, lots of variety.
Clean room, very good shower. The only thing I missed was a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Good location, with pharmacy, restaurants, gas station.
Great stay and value for money, if I need it, I will definitely return.

The hotel is very original and comfortable, staff can speak other languages, and that’s very useful as a foreigner, but rooms are quite small and has some rather basic breakfast options.
