Great experience

We were in a couple and we loved the accommodation, the hostel is a mim. The very attentive service and simple and tasty breakfast, has tapioca and measured eggs made on time and the girls are super nice. Super indicate the guesthouse

Much fine for little comfort

The guesthouse charges many fines for stupid details, but leaves nothing to be desired in the customer experience. The water in the room was yellowish, the bathroom tap was broken and breakfast needed to be scheduled — something that escapes the purpose of a trip when we seek flexibility and not rigid schedules. When we arrived at the café, the table was dirty, with dishes that we had to remove ourselves. In addition, only one employee was responsible for preparing eggs, tapiocas and still taking care of the cleaning of the salon, which left the care slow and disorganized.

Do not recommend!!! Horrible.

We booked a stay for 5 nights in the hostel, so far everything is fine... with our flight arrived late with two weeks in advance we contacted the hostel to warn that we would not go on the 29th but that we would pay the same amount corresponding to that day (There was never an answer !!!)
After several contact messages without ever having feedback, we arrived at the guesthouse on the morning of November 30.
We talked to an employee who gave us the key to a room that in no way resembled what we had marked via booking. We were given another but that would be being cleaned at the time...
We agreed to wait and when we returned to check-in....
Apparently the room smelled clean and looked just clean!!!
1) dirty sheet (yes because there was only one) with yellow spots
2) Bathroom with spider networks
3) shower box with rust
4) stove in a “kitchen” without possible description at the level of dirt
5) We had indications from other guests that even cockroaches found in the air conditioning
We refused to stay in the hostel and then the problems with the owner began.
When we tried to explain that we were unable to stay in the hostel for reasons of lack of hygiene, it was not correct or comprehensive.
He said he'd charge the total amount of the nights and that he'd fix the issue with a sheets exchange.
We refused but in good faith we paid the night we did not appear in cash and we left (we were threatened with lawsuits for moral damages!).
The owner improperly used credit card data to carry out the debit of undue amounts when we have agreed with the booking to cancel the reservation. You made attempts to collect various amounts and just did not withdraw a higher amount due to lack of balance available.
This situation has been notified to the competent authorities! I do not recommend to anyone!!

Good guesthouse in Peroba

The guesthouse has a good location, close to the beautiful Peroba beach. The breakfast is good and varied, the staff is super friendly, the room is clean and comfortable and it has a nice pool. The shower was the negative point, as it was weak. Parking has few spaces, but it is sufficient.
