Cozy, very quiet.
We loved the stay. To the delicious and complete meals. The rooms very cozy. Our objections are regarding the cleaning, both from the room and externally. Regarding cats too, it becomes inconvenient and anti-hygienic.

Total Decline. We're at the hotel now
We are currently staying at the Hotel. We are from Uruguay I came with my daughter and husband... I can not explain the outrage we have with this Hotel crap. It's never happened to us that sheets have holes and are dirty. Two days of claiming and nothing, they leave us without a sheet on the third day. Dirty hot tub without water....peeling breakfast, just one type of bread just a juice, zero variety. The truth is people are in decline.
The staff is dedicated and they treat you like they're a nuisance, they shrug you off because there's no manager and no one to answer.

Lack of organization and respect for the guest
Our experience with the Villas Supreme Maceió was extremely frustrating and marked by total neglect.
One of our clients arrived at the family room check-in at the scheduled time and was surprised by the information that the previous guest had not yet checked out. The family had to wait for hours at the reception, with bags and a 6-year-old child, without any preparation or appropriate solution on the part of the hotel.
There was no organization, forecast or accommodation compatible with the minimum expected of a lodging establishment. The wear was huge.
As we tried to resolve the situation, we were directed to the owner, Mrs. Elijah. The first proposal was a voucher of R$150.00 in consumption, a value completely disproportionate to the disruption caused.
We then request reimbursement of R$982,00 in respect of the damage caused. However, the hotel returned only R$600,00, claiming that the daily on Friday would have a lower value. At no time, on the sales platforms, there is individual discrimination of the value of each daily, which makes this justification inconsistent and untransparent.
In addition to the serious failure at check-in, what impressed us most was the attitude adopted: lack of responsibility, trying to minimize the problem and lack of sensitivity in front of a family with a small child waiting for hours.
We are referring the case to the legal for the appropriate measures.
As an agency, we prioritize the experience and well-being of our customers. Unfortunately, this is a place we will not mention again.

Don't get fooled by nice pictures, it's not worth to go!
Pros:
- View from the swimming pool
- Location of the hotel
- Monkeys / Angola's Chickens / Cats living in the hotel garden
- Only desserts from hotel restaurant
Cons:
- Receptionists are ignorant (we mention few problems with our apartment none of them were fix. Broken handlers at all doors, shower got broken resistance and we didn't have hot water for 3 days, other shower 1 day before our departure fall on the floor when none was even in bathroom)
- 16.12 we arrived back from beach around 16:00 and power was cut of, we need to go to reception (our phone don't work for all the stay), we got ignored again for 4h after that we go back there few times and we go transferred to "higher" standard room for 1 night. It was even worse, this apartment was much more lower standard than ours, it don't have even sofa. We were 6 people and 2 of them need to sleep on mattress on the floor. Our bedroom was attacked by horde of giant ants, they were everywhere, on walls, at lights in bed, just everywhere.
- The apartment was not even cleaned
- "Higher" standard don't have cups, plates or cutlery inside.
-Don't get fooled, their higher standard is even lower then normal one
- Jacuzzi in all of apartments are dirty, and filled with cold water, with no possibility to heat it.
- There is no WiFi anywhere in that hotel.
- Our air conditioner which was located in top of our bed, was leaking constantly to my head or pillows, it was mentioned to reception, but nothing was done to repair.
- Most of glass doors, got broken locks, and when you mention it to receptionist they say that they know and they will fix it, for our 10 days stay it was not.
- There is no safe in room
- Hotel restaurant serve old food, we found out old smelling bad broccoli's in our rice, cook in hurry boil fresh broccoli to prove that we were wrong, but even the taste of it was different
- Cleaning services never ever clean the tables or other furniture around
- Shower in our apt was disgusting, never clean, with many black spots.
- On the doors to the bathroom, was smeared white substance.
- Swimming pool is old, and many tiles are sharp, so be careful not to cut your feet.

STUNNING VIEWS FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR SILENCE AND STRESS-FREE QUALITY TIME
Resorts in Maceio are usually very busy and crowded and often noisy due to the activities held all day long to entertain visitors. This is definitely not the case with Villas do Pratagy. Situated on a hill in the middle of a natural reserve this resort offers plenty of silence and quietness specially if you chose the flats closer to the woods. The staff is friendly and helpful and the accommodations are brand new, spacious and clean (see pictures attached). There is nothing much to do, apart from the beautiful pool, though they have a small gym and sauna. Kids may find it boring, but adults looking for a real break from the daily stress will find it reinvigorating. One downside, though. The kitchen and restaurants are not prepared to cater for large groups. You will have to wait very long for anything you order and they run out of supplies very quickly, even during morning breakfast.
