EXCELENTE!
A suíte é de muito bom gosto e a limpeza é ótima.
Além disso, servem almoço como cortesia, e a refeição foi muito boa.
Bebidas também tem preço razoável, nada exagerado.

⭐ TITLE:|Experience well below the expected and lack of cleaning during the stay
I paid approximately R$ 1.350.00 for the stay, expecting a service compatible with the amount charged. However, I faced serious problems throughout the stay, mainly related to the lack of proper cleaning of the room.
At various times, there was no cleaning or sanitation service, and only basic items were provided for me to carry out the cleaning, which is completely incompatible with a accommodation service.
In addition, there was an attempt to undue additional amounts, subsequently adjusted after questioning.
I tried to resolve the situation in a friendly way directly with the establishment, but I did not get an effective return.
I leave this report as a warning to other consumers, as the experience was far below the expected standard for paid accommodation.
