Great!

The hotel has very qualified and attentive professionals at the reception. The room is very good, clean and well sanitized. It has a very good bed, air-conditioned and TV with great operation. There is parking, wifi and good breakfast available, all included in the cost of accommodation.

IMPROPER CHARGING FOR NO SHOW - PROBLEMS WITH BOOKING

I made a reservation at this hotel on 03/19 and the next day I received an email that the purchase had not been completed. The hotel confirmed on 03/20 that there was no reservation in my name. Therefore, I made a new reservation, more than 1 month in advance, to be able to pay cheaper. Upon arriving at the hotel on 04/27, I was met by the employee José Rubens, who informed me that there were 2 active reservations in my name and that for this reason, I would have to pay the "no show" on one of the reservations. After much explaining, at 5 am and with my daughter sleeping standing up on the hotel counter, I was forced to pay for my reservation and another night of "no show". I tried in vain to contact the hotel manager, but I was informed that he is not located in the city, but in Rio Preto. I tried one last contact via WhatsApp with the hotel, trying to resolve the incident amicably, but no one got back to me. Total lack of preparation on the part of the employees to INSIST that it was my fault for what happened. Congratulations, Riviera Hotel, see you in the audience!!

A couple hours after a make the reservation, the hotel sent me a message saying that they had no water. But the could'nt do anything to cancel the reservation.
