Left in time
I stayed in January 2026. I've been to this complex three times. I met him in 2014. It's the same. Or worse, they didn't improve anything. Left in time. Looks like a 1970s complex. I hired for RCI, and they gave me room on the second floor. He has no view of anything. In the surrounding area they have built towers of more than 30 stories that covered the little view that there was to the sea.The basic room with bad mattresses, old, those of the sofa bed directly a suffering. It has a single air conditioning in the bedroom sector that does not cool the room at all. There's a fan there that doesn't regulate very old speed. You die of heat and owl in that place. If you cook it all stinks of food and smoke. The terrible bathroom had water leaks, cockroaches coming in through the drains. It has no ventilation or air extractor and faces the living room, so it had to be closed constantly to prevent smells from entering the living room. The dining table and chair were all ramshackle. Plastic fabric upholstery from three decades ago. The kitchen has no oven. There is only a microwave and an anafe with gas ornaments. They charge you separately for electricity and gas, and yet they have installed a system that for there to be light in the room you have to place in the light device the only card they give you to open the room. So when you leave you have to remove the card and everything is turned off even the air conditioning, so when you return to the room it is hell. We were three adults and I claimed for another card and was told that by hotel policies they only deliver one per room. It is close to Canto Da Praia beach, which is a dirty beach. no one goes. pure smells of sewers in the streets. So the location is bad, away from the center where the other beaches are. The building is timed, no maintenance, man, the staff only speaks Portuguese, there was an Argentine employee who we communicated with. Cleaning service is basic, they don't wash your dishes. And they don't even leave you a sponge or detergent. It has a single TV in the 32-inch room with channels only in Portuguese. The internet is really bad. It just connected in the living room, the bedroom didn't work the wifi, and you have to log in every time you open the device, and it's slow. Crockery is basic, a couple of pots, plates and glasses. The plastic table on the balcony and the chairs were painted whole of the old.

There was a lack of honesty in the information
The apartment is large, but the room is small and uncomfortable. The furniture is kind of old. On one of the nights, 2 cockroaches appeared in the room. But what bothered me the most and made me very upset was that I looked for information on the hotel's website and booked via WhatsApp and at no point was I informed that there would be no breakfast (it is only served in high season). In fact, the description of the accommodations on their official website even has a sticker with a cup symbol, misleading us into thinking that they have regular coffee. In fact, even on booking sites like this one they say there is coffee. I only discovered that it wasn't available after arriving at the location at night, after more than 12 hours of travel and making the advance payment. It seemed like bad faith on the part of the establishment. The closest place to get coffee was about a 1.0k walk away. As it was raining, it was a very unpleasant experience. Anyway, it's not worth the price. Better to rent a flat with newer furniture and a more honest establishment.

Better than expected
People travelling south needs to understand that they will not find the comfort they are used to in North America. Comes with the package. Now, this resort is located very close (a couple of blocks) from a long and beautiful beach, actually three, Itapema, Meia Praia and Pereque. The apartments are typical, one bedroom, tiles, simple furniture, air conditioning, very clean, kitchen somehow stocked. What is a plus, is a barbecue grill at the varanda with a beautiful view. The breakfast is excellent and the service is great. Apartments are cleaned daily and the staff is very friendly, although, it helped that I speak the language.

It’s q comfortable unit to stay with the family and and enjoy vacations, holidays or any moment.

And the only city is wonderful! The beach just amazing ! And the good point is this: near to Beto Carreiro World and Camboriú
