A frustrated weekend

I made a reservation to spend a special weekend with my wife.
When I made the reservation, I was informed that the hostel was 8 km from Mario de Carvalho Station.
When I landed I discovered, by the own hostel, which was very far away, that app drivers might not take to the place and that should negotiate directly with taxis.
I called one, who asked me $250 to take us.

They don’t deliver what they show on social media.

The inn is beautiful, the service and the people who served us were friendly, however, it lacks some basic things for staying in chalets (cloak rack, TV, minibar). We had dinner last night and my fiancé paid for a picanha that wasn't picanha, the risotto only had parmesan cheese, I ordered a dish with medium prawns, and what came in the half dish were mini prawns. We paid a service fee to the waiter, most of the time we were the ones who left the place we were sitting to place our order. In addition to the intense smell of paint in the room. It's just feedback, because what they show on social media doesn't match the reality of the place.

It doesn't match what is advertised.

The photos published on social media do not match reality.
The chalets lack basic things for accommodation, there is no TV, there is no place to put anything. The menu does not match reality, I paid for a dish of risotto with picanha, and the meat was extremely tough and the risotto was rice with cream.
The positive point is the service, the staff are very polite and friendly.
