⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service and Hospitality!
The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the reception staff is absolutely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It was also a big plus that the team speaks both English and Spanish, making communication very easy for international guests.
The buffet restaurant is delicious, with a great variety of food and excellent service. They also offer room service and an à la carte menu, which is very convenient. The airport transfer service is another great benefit and made my arrival and departure much easier.
A very special thank you to Igor, Fonseca, and Andrete from the reception team. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention made a real difference.
I highly recommend Monaco Hotel & Convention for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent food, convenient airport transportation, and, most importantly, an amazing team.
I will definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awful - such bad service and they don’t seem to care
The hotel itself is fine but the staff and service is terrible.
I guess they get so much traffic of people wanting to be close to the airport.

The breakfast is very bad, few fruits, and nothing fresh.
Bathroom with a very strong smell of sewage.
