Hotel Fioreze Centro

We stayed at the Fioreze Familia Gramado/RS. This is our second time staying here and it feels like family both times that we have been here. From the time you arrive till the time you leave it is a great experience. First you are greeted upon arrival by the bellhops with a warm smile and handshake and then the reception desk staff are the best and friendliest people you will ever meet. You are always greeted with a smile and professional attitude and appearance. Tatiane, Sabrina, Matthew, Francisco and Dave are always so helpful. We have actually become friends with them over the past two years and look forward to our next visit.
The breakfast staff is the best as well. Large selection of food at breakfast and if you want something special they will try their best to make it happen.
If you are traveling to Gramado be sure to book your stay at Fioreze Centro.
If you can’t tell by now that my wife Regina and I love this hotel and the city of Gramado.

Olá Sra. Regina,
On behalf of the entire Fioreze Family, please accept our deepest Gratitude for sharing such a touching, generous, and special review with us!
Knowing that during your second stay at our home you truly felt like family makes the hearts of our entire team overflow with immense pride and pure happiness! Our family's main mission is precisely to ensure that every guest leaves our hotel even happier than when they arrived, and seeing this bond of friendship and affection grow stronger over the past two years is the greatest gift we could ever receive.
We are thrilled to read your highlights:
Warm Welcome from Reception and Concierge: The kindness, warm smiles, and professionalism right from your arrival are the very soul of our family hospitality. Knowing that we have built a beautiful friendship with you and your wife over these visits fills us with pride! We will make sure to share this special recognition with the entire team mentioned!
Care from the Breakfast Team: We prepare our buffet early in the morning with over seventy options made with love, and knowing that our restaurant team did their very best to fulfill your wishes and make your mornings even more delicious brings us immense joy.
Appearance and Professionalism: We take care of every detail with immense affection to ensure your experience in Gramado is flawless from check-in to check-out.
Thank you so much for choosing Hotel Fioreze Centro once again to experience the magic of the Serra Gaúcha, for recommending our home so warmly, and for being part of our family's story. Your feedback is extremely important to us and reinforces the meaning behind every gesture of care we practice daily.
The doors to your home in Gramado and our arms are wide open, eagerly awaiting your return so we can welcome you back with all our charm and warmth as always!
With love,
Família Fioreze.

We truly loved everything about our stay at Fioreze Family Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main spots in the city. We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping. I highly recommend Fioreze and will absolutely be returning.

This hotel was FANTASTIC! I have stayed in nice hotels all over the world, this is one of the best! The service was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed by every detail. The Breakfast is AMAZING! Not just the quantity of choices, but the quality of what was offered. Super easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. You can rent a car and drive there if you have the courage. We drove and parked the car at the very reasonably priced valet parking and just took a ride sharing option to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is right downtown, exactly where you want to be in Gramado. I would recommend the Hotel Fioreze Centro to anyone who would listen. You will not be disappointed.
