Some levels above.

Fantastic guesthouse, on the beach side (my room even had a view of the sea, from the balcony), attentive staff; has a level above the guesthouses of Barra, with hotel service. Breakfast is diverse, served in the room; has a good pool, great wifi and air-conditioned.

Bad experience

We canceled our trip a month in advance and our money was not returned. They didn't answer our emails either. It was over $400 left for them without receiving us. So far it has been the worst experience we have had on holiday.

Tranquility a few blocks from the beach

Thank you! Without great pretensions they have everything you need to spend quiet days, and what was missing Barbara and Chay took care of providing it, always available with a smile. Thank you!
I want to emphasize that we arrived almost 1 in the morning and we had no problem with that. That they respond in time and form by whatsapp solves any inconvenience.

Friendly and nice house.

Arriving in Lozati you can immediately tell the owner likes to keep the house (including the outside: pool and gardens) very clean and tight and this makes you comfortable. The friendly staff always ready to help in whatever you need.
Cons: there are 2 double rooms with almost no window, this normally is something really bad. The bed sheets are really old

Fab 3 days in Barro de Lagoa

Great little place! Good size apartment for a great price. Really clean, hot shower, towels included.
Around 10 minutes walk from the nearest bus station, 5 mins to the beach.
Only comment is about the lack of utensils in the kitchen. It would be good to have a sharp knife for chopping, as there were none!
Also- there wasn't really anyone around the place to ask questions about the area etc. We saw the manager once whilst we were there and there were cleaning staff around but it would have been nice to feel like there was someone there to help!
A really nice stay though - we really enjoyed!
