This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of BRL 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, a 50% prepayment via credit card is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon check-in in cash. Be aware that the double beds at the property consist in two single beds joined together. Please note that payment through bank deposit are available only for Brazilian guests. Brazilian guests can pay through bank transfer. The property will contact guests directly to provide information. According to the Brazilian law, the hotel only allows guests under 18 years old of age to check in accompanied by their parents, or in possession of a written and notarized authorization from their parents allowing them to be traveling with other adults. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
