Estadia Maravilhosa

I'm evaluating with a little delay, but the stay was so good that I couldn't help but record my experience.
I found the hotel beautiful, super well cared for and organized. The staff was extremely attentive. I went to celebrate my dating anniversary and it was undoubtedly one of our best stays to date.
From the beginning, I contacted by email requesting a double bed in the room, since I was going with my boyfriend. I just commented above that it would be our dating anniversary — and, to our surprise, the room was decorated especially for the occasion. A simple gesture, but that made all the difference!
The service was excellent from pre to post-stay.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about: the pools are great, the drinks and the food delicious, and the breakfast very well served.
I would definitely come back more often!

I'm never coming back!

The only positive thing was the attention! Super kind reception staff, but the hotel is very bad! The room was filled with mold, dirty and with very old stuff! The night (for 22h) we asked for an extra cover and said that there was no more camaraderie! The thermal pool did not give foot to me that I am 1.65 height, in addition to being a bad environment, dark and poorly cared for! Is missing urgent maintenance! Elevator is panoramic but the glass was rotten from dirty! In addition to many other things! I'll never come back!

Nice view, hotel needs a bit of revamp. Heater pool not hot enough neither both saunas. This was the bad side. Elevator got stuck few times to open the door. Otherwise, nice place, beautiful view.

Nice hotel, but needs punctual improvements!

Good cost benefit!
TV does not catch very well due to the internet, but ok. (Improve or open TV via cable or UHF antenna)
Only the beach service leaves little to be desired for a 4-star hotel, as the host himself has to bring and bring the chairs and sunshine.

Regular

At first we were passed a room too small for 4 people, with an armchair and a pretty horrible iron bed. When they claimed, they changed our room, a little bigger..
The hotel is very expensive for what it offers, there are cheaper and better quality options. I wouldn't come back.
