Excellent cost benefit

Hotel exceeded my expectations besides the excellent location the hotel and well functional the room ers spacious bed comfortable air conditioning and modern TV hot shower and the wonderful service of the staff the only disadvantage and that has no elevator but there is a standby assistant to help with the luggage

Service of receptionists

I loved the service of the receptionists! All my doubts were resolved and I had great suggestions I needed to eat, travel and have fun. Indicate and I will return when I go to Florianópolis (continent). The hotel is simple but it is clean and safe.

I recommend it, I've stayed there several times.

Excellent value for money, I recommend it!
Cleanliness, coffee, helpful staff, soft beds, airy rooms.
Close to various amenities and shops in the region.
Own parking, no hassle.
Snacks and meals at honest prices at the snack bar attached to the hotel.

Stay away

My friend and I booked rooms here because we were running a race that started very close to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that there was a problem with the electricity at the hotel and that they had moved us to another hotel that was several kilometers away. This was a great disappointment because we had wanted to be walking distance from the start. The next morning, we decided to park in the hotel's parking lot. We discovered that the parking lot was full, the lights were on, and that the hotel was full of people. It seems that we may have been sold rooms that didn't exist. Furthermore, my credit card number was stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases shortly after check-in. I rarely use the card, so it seems likely that it was taken by someone at the hotel. If you have signed up to run the Floripa Marathon, don't bother staying here. You're better off getting a nicer and more honest place and just driving to the start. I regret that I changed my reservation to this place at the last minute, thinking the convenience of the location would be worth it. Also, from the outside and lobby, it really didn't look very nice.

Bad experience…

Firstly the good part was: friendly staff and good breakfast, however the Experience was not worth the cost!… I paid more than 900 reais to stay in two suites for 2 days, where in one the TV didn't work nor the telephone, they had 2 small beds with 1960s bedding, a scary pink bathroom, with a weird flush! In the other, a little better, but the bathroom handle fell off the first time I opened the door, the toilet paper was already at its end, old bed linen… I understand that the hotel is old, but it needs some improvements and renovations…
