Charming B&B in Lagoa de Conceicao, Florianopolis
Charming B&B with nice clean and comfortable rooms in the Lagoa de Conceicao area in Florianopolis. Sandro, the inn keeper, is fluent in English, very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast is simple but good (ham, cheese, breads, cereal, fruits). The inn is a short walk from the center of Lagoa and is in a much more charming and tranquil setting than the pousadas on the main drag. The front rooms have nice mountain and farm views . Mole beach is a short bus ride away - or walkable although the hill is somewhat steep (but relatively easy to walk back from Mole beach as it is mostly downhill - handy on busy weekend summer days which can get bogged down with traffic). The Thai restaurant nearby is also excellent and a romantic venue. All in all I really enjoyed staying at this B&B. Enough in fact to encourage me to write my first trip adviser review! Insufficient staff
I stayed in Bizkaia only one night- and positively highlight the location, right next to the event I would attend; comfortable colchao and enxoval, working air well and a frugal but reasonable breakfast.
However, the receptionist will be out in the afternoon, and there is no one to receive who comes later! I, guest, was the one who had to attend the door, and help another family coming in!
In addition, the door that leads to the balcony does not have a key, leaving me insecure with the possibility of an invasao from the roof of the ground floor...
In terms of security, it's better not to pay to see.

Yeah SKIP THOSE LOSERS!
Yeah SKIP THOSE LOSERS! I was tryin to be nice, yet they tried to mess with the bike rental company eg their neighbors, so don’t expect to be treated fairly there. Where do I start: The place is basic and these guys are clueless, yet with enviable attitude Of ignorance giving orders rules etc, none of which are enforceable and are all against the law in Brasil. Poorly maintained place, bed broke on sitting on it. In the AM I told them and they went to fix it. pulled the plug of the adaptor in such a way that manager to bend the prongs 90 degrees and pulled the cable of the extension strip in such a way that it dragged and broke a battery and the rest down. Not even a sorry after i told them. had they broken the Apple Watch that was connected they were looking at 600 GBP damage the watch alone.
I paid for a room with balcony with a view and got a view to the back yard with a fence, there is 3 cm space between the doors so good luck air conditioning the place, also all the nocturnal critters get in easily.
the Wi-fi is not setup correctly, so the coverage is usable in the middle of the floor, in the rooms forget it.
Pela reposta que eles deram pra meu marido parece que eles não sabem como lidar com clientes ou receber críticas, obviamente são muito novos nisso ... também devo ressaltar que as “regras” que tem colocado nas portas que não são exequíveis de nenhuma maneira, ainda mais os processadores de pagamentos podem usar isto pra razões suficientes pra reverter os pagamentos completamente. Eu não acho que precisa nesse caso mas se eles tratassem de aplicar, vc nem precisa chamar PROCON, seu banco vai cancelar imediatamente.

Senhores clientes, não sabemos o que aconteceu, mas tivemos alguns problema com uma senhora de nome Olga, que infelizmente alugou a Pousada. Falta de experiência junto com uma doses de ignorância, resultaram neste afair....
A única coisa que sabemos que o quarto numero nove que estavam.... não confere com sua apreciação ou depreciação....não tem cerca nenhuma a 3 cm, vista para a lagoa e um quarto bem tranquilo... soubemos que o pé da cama quebrou, pela forma violenta com que foi tratado esse movel/cama e parece que foi resolvido a contente.
Imaginamos que o conteúdo da sua informação e porque não foram bem tratados como clientes, o que lamentamos
Esperamos que programem melhor a sua próxima viagem e muito sucesso
Reassumimos a pousada em Maio, em função da saída da Sra Olga, de forma intempestiva e deixou vários problemas, felizmente solucionáveis.

Muito boa. O quarto e a garagem um pouco pequenos. Porém limpa, charmosa, aconchegante, funcionários excelentes.

Banheiro do quarto sem ventilação, muito pequeno, toalhas úmidas pq nao secaram de um dia pro outro.
