Good experience. I'll be back with my grandchildren.
Good breakfast and easy access. However, there is no elevator, which makes it difficult for those with special needs to access all areas.

Family option with beautiful views and great environment
Excellent front desk service. Highlighting Thais. We arrived before the check-in time due to problems with our daughter and, in a very cordial and attentive way, the staff provided primorious care for our request, and managed to release our entrance in advance.
We went during the week, when the guesthouse gets less busy, and still, all the facilities were available. For children, it is an excellent option. The farm, the heated pool and the squares are a highlight. The manha coffee is complete and well made, with emphasis on Mr. João, very attentive and friendly. We had dinner on site and it was a nice meal.
We stayed in the blue stone wing. Bed comfort and pillows very good. Good shower. Charming balcony. Spacious room.
Negative:
There could be a greater variety of options for dinner on days when there is no full pension option.
The acoustics between the rooms is very bad. On empty hotel days, they could provide accommodation distant from each other to ensure greater comfort for guests. We stayed at 503 and, in the apartment next door, there was a family accommodated and, in the middle of the night, we were awakened with the cry of their little boy, which is super normal, but could be amenized with the assignment of more distant rooms, since there was the possibility.
Another point that deserves attention is the air conditioning. We feel warm at night. I wasn't working to my satisfaction. The region is cold, but on summer days the heat is high

Very good
We were well received.
The only point is the heated pool, which is not very heated, which reduces the desire to enjoy it due to the climate in the region.
What could be improved was communication about the inn's leisure activities, about schedules and features. It would be more productive for both sides.
