The worst hosting experience we've ever had.

The worst hosting experience we've ever had.
Despite the good reception from D. Almeirinda, the stay was marked by several serious problems: the bathtub was only about 1°C per hour, making it impossible to use it; the chalet was extremely cold and had no air conditioning; the Wi-Fi was virtually unusable; and the room presented a constant unpleasant odor.
The situation became even worse when we found a large spider in our daughter’s bed, which left us concerned about her safety. Faced with all these problems, we tried to contact the establishment all day without success. Only at the end of the day we were able to talk to a woman who refused to identify and who showed an extremely uneducated, arrogant attitude and without any concern in resolving the situation or providing support.
Given the lack of conditions and the way we were treated, we decided to abandon the accommodation and look for another hotel in the region. We do not receive any apology requests, solution submitted or refund.
The place has potential and a pleasant surrounding, but this does not compensate for the lack of maintenance, the poor conditions of accommodation and, above all, the poor service provided when problems arise. We do not recommend.
