Positive experience, with reservations
The location I found perfect! It's close enough to the center to walk and far enough to not hear any noise from the carnival blocks.
The common areas of the guesthouse are clean and beautiful. There's chairs, tables, sunbeds... There's room for car... and there's the little pool that catches the sun most of the day, leaving the water at a pleasant temperature.
The breakfast is good. They make eggs mixed in the hour, have 3 options of fruits, 2 of juices, some of cakes, among other things.
The room is quite small and all kind of old, but functional with reservations.
Other highlights: we requested a floor bar for clothes and towels and also a bottle opener. We were immediately taken care of. The shower, although electric, has a good pressure and good volume of water.
About breakfast, despite being good, it's always the same! I stayed 4 nights in the guest house and at 4 am the items were exactly the same.
About the room, as I said, it is functional with reservations. I stayed in room 11.
What really bothered me:
- Air conditioning extremely noisy! We even called during the day, to refresh, but to sleep was impossible. Luckily it wasn't so hot at night and the ceiling fan gave us a look.
- The cover of the bathroom box was loose and the ralo is right in the middle of the box, which is already small. We had to do some manoeuvres so we didn't step on it, with the risk of the lid coming out, we put our foot in the ralo hole and get hurt.
- The toilet was half loose on one side and moved when we sat and moved.
Which was not a problem, but could improve:
- The bathroom door has neither a handle nor a pull on the outside, making it difficult to close.
- The bathroom door is a step from the bed (in the part of the bedside), so if someone turns on the bathroom light, the clarity goes straight into the face of the lying person.
- The mattress is soft at a level that when one person turns in bed the other wakes up.
- There's no table next to the bed, but there's a chair in the room that fulfilled that role.
- The vase board is very uncomfortable. It may seem silly or freshly, but it's really uncomfortable!
The bath towels from the first day were awful. They were black towels that even looked new, but didn't dry anything and, worse, released a lot of fur on the body as we used to wear. But the next day they were replaced by white towels that were great!

Cozy Inn
No need to leave by car, close to the center where the events take place. Clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. Very attentive hosts. It feels like we're home
We loved it, we will definitely come back again!!!
