Where we were caught by surprise that it would already be closed..
Closing time was 9:30.
I, as a tourist guide and owner of a tourism agency in Gramado, did not leave with a good impression unfortunately...
The coffee girl was extremely unpleasant..
To confirm the time and just watch the cameras, as at 9:25 I was at reception to make a complaint where no one was there.
