Very dirty room

The staff was helpful and the hotel location is good. However the room was very dirty. There was hair in the bathroom, on the bedroom floor, inside the box and even on the pillow. For this reason, I cannot recommend anyone to stay here.

Several flaws in accommodation, including in the value of the daily

Possibly one of the worst stays of recent years.
Sheets and towels were stained.
The shower was unregulated not concentrating the water.
It was running water from the discharge log.
The gym is very bad, does not have any reasonable equipment, carpet without display and trembling.
Exhausted the battery of the lock and broke the elevator (understood unforeseen)
I questioned the daily value at the time of check-in because it was much above the usual and informed that it was due to the event in the city, however, after check-out another guest also questioned and was charged a much lower amount than I paid. And I was informed that they would not refund even in the same situation.
They no longer refund a fair amount and now I will definitely not come back and when they ask for my opinion I will not recommend.

Good option in Chapecó

This is a good option for hotel in Chapecó. The room is clean and new, there is a good structure with wi-fi and cable TV. The breakfeast is simple, but offers different options to different preferences in the morning. The hotel is located in a central area of the city, near to banks, stores and restaurants. The best of all is the price, a fair price for what the hotel offers.

Clean

Good, clean, well located, this is what metters. A very good hotel for a small city in the western south part of Brazil.Very good service and facilities. I don't have complaints.
You can leave the hotel and easily walk downtown to the main square.
