Hotel is great but I think it would be good for business if they could have someone speak English, and room 109 the A/C is not cold I had to hope the windows to have a better night sleep, I told them twice about it , they go check but didn’t do nothing about it.

Comfortable, but leaves to be desired by the services

It wasn't a very good experience, unfortunately, just getting to the door of the room didn't lock up properly, I complained, nothing was done, adquired the romantic package, made the arrangement, did not put the foaming and the fruits, the next day did not bring breakfast, complained and no one responded. Had an ex rain night where the room was left with one of the windows leaking water into the room, bathroom in need of renovation

Bad experience

Hotel empty, I arrived before check-in time, (10h) I had to wait until 13h to be able to check... auxa, hotel tava empty, what the difficulty to anticipate...
The room is giant but noisy and with bad mattress and pillow.

This is the second time that I have stayed with my wife here at Brisa Tower.
I like it here because of its location, literally right on the sand, there’s a McDonald’s next door, a gelateria, a pharmacy, a gas station.
Furthermore, the breakfast is 10/10, everything is very well done, fresh, lots of variety, anyway!
It's perfect!
Only the parking lot doesn't serve everyone, you need to park your car at the gas station next door, but there is a security guard, and it seems to be safe.
Furthermore, it has been my favorite hotel in Maceió.

Peaceful and peaceful

Very good hotel, I really loved it, very comfortable and luxurious, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a holiday here, also for work or even for those who are just visiting the very interesting city, be sure to come and see this incredible place.
