Incredible Hotel and Immaculate Service
I would like to express my immense gratitude to the entire staff at Hotel Vilamarola. What an amazing experience! I lack words to thank for how much we were welcomed and valued.
A special thanks to Karol and Karine, who received us with so much sympathy and welcoming right upon arrival. With each smile, we realized that we were in a different place, where care is real.
To João, our talented chef, my thanks for each meal prepared with so much taste and affection. It was impossible not to repeat!
Ismael and Vitor, you were impeccable in the service, always attentive, cheerful and ready to serve us with excellence.
And to Chambers Line, Letícia and Brena, my recognition for keeping everything so clean, organized and welcoming.

The place could be great but ....
I recently spent three nights at Hotel Vila Marola in Taíba on a kitesurf trip to Brazil . Unfortunately I cannot rate the hotel higher than poor. This is regrettable as it has everything to be a great place to stay. The location right on the beach is fantastic and is ideal for kitesurf practice. The hotel is made of several one-floor building blocks around a pool, each block with four apartments. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed although the decoration is basic. The presence of a coffee machine is a plus but the rooms lack hangers or a line to dry the kitesurf gear. However, the major disappointment came from two elements. First, the place looked abandoned. The large kitecentre was almost closed, only opening a few hours a day but with no signs of real activity. A small bar close to the beach was simply shut down. Second, the food and the service particularly at the restaurant were terrible. The white fish ceviche and the pizza were barely edible. The number of options at breakfast was limited during week days - curiously more options were available on weekends - and charging for a second crepe at breakfast was simply mean. Moreover, the hotel has a clear pricing policy issue, certainly erratic but ultimately close to rip-off. The price I was charged for four nights on Booking.com was 896 £ - over 6 000 BRL - but when I further checked it was 50% lower. I managed to get a refund, but the issue remains. The root cause of the negative points looks clear to me, a lack of proper management of the hotel. The owners/managers just don't care about the poor food quality, lackadaisical service or limited staff professionalism. I will definitely not return at Hotel Vila Marola and can only recommend to stay away from it.

Perfect place for rest and kitsurfing!
Vila Marola is wonderful place for holiday in Taíba.
A laid-back restaurant and poolside bar serving fresh breakfasts.

Awesome !
Impeccable, there were no guests when we arrived because it was low season, but right away, even though we arrived late without a reservation, they opened everything, even the kitchen. Impeccable breakfast, luxury boutique hotel! Despite not knowing Spanish, the staff made an effort all the time to assist us, I would return to rest and do Kate!
