Good hotel, but we slept badly.
About the poorly slept nights, it happened by the fact that we were staying in the suites with a balcony, which, are located under the restaurant; every 5 nights, at 04:30, when the coffee production staff arrived, we were dragged tables and chairs that woke us up (we informed the inconvenience, in the reception, more than once, but nothing was done); And at 07h, started the coffee with the guests, where it was dragged even more; is also having, temporarily, work in the pier, and at 08h begins the work noises, with a hammer and etc. Finally, two observations from the room 04; has no support for shampoo and soap (it is broken at times, until frozen); and we do not like the hygienization of bed/toilet, although the cleaner leaves to wish.

In general the staff very kind.
We had a bug problem in the room.
Missing 3 days to leave they put us in a room with a very good balcony. It's a pity that they didn't make that decision right away
The next one. We held these pancakes for 6 days. We complained they said it was because of another place that brought cockroaches to the hostel. In the room we moved there was no cheap, so I don't let her understand. I do not recommend room number 10, very scarce and cheap water. The TV didn't work in room 10, but the front desk boy managed to fix this problem.
They put insecticide in room 10 but it didn't go ahead. Good but salty food. We had a problem with the safe at No.10 right upon arrival but they arranged the repair. Then it was the shower that pinged all the time and the water didn't go down, it was clogged.
Don't stay in room number 10 anyway.
