Aconchego, elegance and high gastronomy

I travel a lot for work, and I am lucky to be able to choose the hotel where I will stay, because for me comfort, well-being and safety are priorities.
Whenever I go to SC I stay at the Felissimo Exclusive Hotel. Cozy, elegant, excellent service and what about the gastronomy there?!
I love morning coffee and for me the best Egg Benedict in the world is the one from Felissimo, no shadow of doubt. I have tried Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Santiago, Atacama, Punta del Este, Lisbon, Marbella and finally Madrid (they are good), but the Felissimo is unmatched, I recommend! Unique experience! Congratulations.

Impeccable from beginning to end

Simply excellent from beginning to end. From check-in to check-out, finally a place that understood what is Service and hospitality. Doing everything in your power to make our stay amazing. Congratulations to all employees and those who had more contact as Fran and Gustavo, (reception) Cris and Neto (Bistrô) Alex General Services and all the others who did not record the name. Thank you so much for making these days, including my birthday, an unforgettable experience. We will be back for sure.

Great, but with important flaws

The hotel has many positive points: the location is excellent, the service was impeccable, the delicious food and the design of the room very well thought out (Casa Verde). These factors really stand out and show the potential of the hotel.
However, my experience was compromised by some important flaws in the room. There was no sheets on the bed, and the cover of the edredon was forgotten, which is a basic negligence. In addition, the air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep at night.
I asked to contact the general manager who did not return me.
Another negative point was the choice of the music playlist in the environment, which, according to the report, was made by Elias Goca, a well-known stelionary in the region. Associating the name of a person with that reputation with the hotel image is at least questionable and can negatively impact guest perception.
If these issues are fixed, the hotel has everything to be a perfect choice.

Hotel is beautiful, excellent service, everything is of extreme quality and care! Congratulations to the entire team. Very tasteful decoration! Delicious bistro food. Dream breakfast. Perfect for the couple to stay.
