Beautiful and quiet place!

Beautiful place, neat, breakfast and hospitality in the care are very good! Negative point is that it is highlighted from the center, but who goes by car ok! And need to redirect better the wi-fi in the property, as it does not catch very well in the rooms and the TV signal has fallen a lot!

Good, but can improve

The staff are very friendly.
The room is spacious and was clean. The shower great, bed linen and bathroom clean and comfortable bed. The air is working well. Wi-fi oscillated from time to time.
Some repairs need to be done in room 13: the pot seat was cracked, which bothered us; the front door handle did not close (only the key) and on the balcony the lamp was burnt.
The balcony is great and has a net to relax.
The gardening work near the pool is beautiful. The pool was clean.
Breakfast is very simple. I stayed two days. The breakfast of the 2nd day had juice, coffee and egg mixed made on time and yogurt. Everyone ok. That was the good part. The rest was what was left of the coffee from the day before - which disappointed a lot, even by the appearance of the items. It was a very unpleasant feeling... it happened on a Monday. We were just me and my family at the Inn, but I don't think that justifies the fact...
We stayed at the Inn by APPAI. Part of the experience disappeared from what I read in most of the comments here. These comments made me choose the Inn.

Great

Wonderful guesthouse. Very cozy atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and everything works properly. The small balcony with hammock is a delight for post-beach rest. The breakfast is very tasty. The staff are very friendly, a highlight for Diego who was super attentive. The guesthouse is very well located. You can walk to Geribá and Ferradurinha beaches. I loved everything! I will definitely be back! ❤️

Best guesthouse in Búzios

One of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in in Búzios, impeccable cleanliness, new sheets and towels without stains. New bathroom with very good shower and hot water. The minibar space with sink in the room is great for meals if you don't want to go out. Very well equipped room, ceiling fan, air conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, everything worked perfectly.
Simple but very tasty breakfast. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Great location close to the beach and restaurants.
The balcony was a great surprise, with a bench and hammock to rest after the beach, the balcony also has a retractable wall clothesline.
My experience and that of my husband was wonderful, I will definitely return.

We loved the place!!!

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it!!! The Pousada was a great value, it was super clean, amazing customer service and the breakfast was delicious. Breakfast included eggs, cereal, breads, pies, quiche, cakes, meats, cheese, fruit, juice and hot drinks. The pool was cleaned daily, the sauna was small but nice. Everyone was attentive and friendly. The rooms are basic but all you need. The location is not right near the centre but it’s walking distance to Geriba beach. I felt very comfortable and safe walking around in Buzios! We would definitely be back!
