Great place to eat

Excellent place, we came back and it is always a taste, the food is great and Julian's attention is a 10, attentive, cool and predisposed.

Cleanest apartment we stayed at!

First we want to thank our host for being welcoming, friendly and kind!
Second- the place looks new!!! It’s so clean, the decor is beautiful and well thought of - we we’re impressed!
Overall was a good value for money.
Some things could have made our stay a lot better: wifi - was non existent.
The air conditioning was very weak - and we were staying at the top floor so it was extra sunny and hot!
And location wise it’s the very end of town after the pier, and some people do hang out there at night on the weekends so it was noisy at night but maybe it’s only on the weekends.

Good view to the seaside but terrible management

Good snorkeling in Buzios, nice place ar all and a nice view from appartmenthotel to the seaside.
But a terrible management. The boss , a woman with tatoos on both legs has no behavior
She doesn‘t even present herself with name. She asks to switch out Air condition during stay on beach so you come back with 36 degrees in the room.
Her only hint is to read the papers in the room and you have to pay HVAC on top.

Terrible

We were supposed to stay here for 5 nights, but we left after only 1 night.. There were a lot of cockroaches in the apartment. There is a really loud restaurant straight below, they played loud music until 1-2 pm at night. I could not sleep. Would not recommend this to anyone who plan to sleep..
The apartment has great view thought.
