A good stay close to the center
A very nice place... location close to Rua das Pedras. The hotel is in need of a modernization, but it is super worth it. Breakfast is ok and the dependencies are good. It's worth it for price and location.

HOTEL SONG MAR: GOOD HOTEL OPTION IN BUZZIOS, RJ
1 - PRESENTATION: It is located at Rua Morro do Humaita, 44, Armação dos Búzios, Rio de Janeiro. Dista from the center (Rua das Pedras) about 10 to 15 minutes walk. It is a construction made to be a guesthouse with about 30 years. But over time it has undergone several reforms, the largest being about 4 years ago. Despite the social reason to be included as a hotel is actually a guest house because it does not contain all the structure required for such.
It has 19 bedrooms, all of which are standard, with 10 bedrooms on the ground floor and 9 on top on the 1st floor. The rooms without facing the main street, backward, are quieter.
As it is at a medium height relative to the Orla Bardot, about 100 meters away, it is not recommended for those with severe mobility. In this case, the person concerned should move in the vehicle area, staying in a ground floor room.
Leisure rests with the pool (medium size) and sauna. There is sound of environment in both private and common dependencies.
2 - ATTENTION: Great by all staff of the reception (detailing to the Kito and Ricardo) and the breakfast. Always very courteous and attentive.
3 - LOCALIZATION: Excellent, very close to the city centre, accessing the so-called Orla Bardot.
4 - ROOMS: I was in “Quarto 5”, on the 1st floor, has a small balcony. Front to the street (little movement). Good size, with a double bed, slightly decorated, TV led 32", cable Sky Channel, tuning only 4 open channels and 3 subscription. The region in general is very poor in receiving the TV signal. Air conditioning split, closet, safe, fridge bar. Well lit. Water heater type boiler. There is support for suitcase.
5 - NEGATIVE POINTS IN GENERAL:
Room / WC:
- There is no internal shower in the box, deviated from the shower arm;
- Idem, support bar (security) inside the box (which, by the way, should already be mandatory by law);
- Missing anti-slip rug in the box.
6 - BREAKFAST CAFE: Buffet type, great, in general, in quality, quantity and variety.
7 - MAINTENANCE: Great, as a rule, making a somewhat old structure still continue to function fully, adequately today, both in the private and the common parts.
8 - HIGIEN & CLEAN: In general (internal and external dependencies), very satisfactory.
9 - WI-FI & INTERNET: The Wi-Fi with good performance in the bedroom and in the common areas of the guesthouse.
10 - COST / BENEFIT: Well, according to the price charged for the quality of everything it offers.
11 - FINAL EVALUATION: The pousada is highly recommended, although it is in a reasonable elevation, but not obstructive. In my opinion, it is a 2.5 / 3.0 stars, with current score of 6 / 6.5, but with a possible "upgrade" if healed the negative points pointed out.

Excellent location
Perfect hotel with an excellent location! You can walk to the street of the stones and some beaches tb. The good thing is q the hotel has parking (the q is hard to find in a mto hotel in the center like this one) and you don't have to take the car to nda! Unless you want to go to a more distant beach. Super comfortable accommodations, spacious bathroom with a shower q leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing q left to desire was breakfast, q is quite simple with few options, not bad, but could be more varied. Just missed that to be perfect 10/10.

Reasonable Hotel
Hotel well located, close to the street of the stones and good restaurants. Clean and smelly room. It highlights a negative point that would be the breakfast. Little variety is made armourously. The team that prepares should receive training. Breakfast products are not of good quality. The mixed egg has no taste, probably not made in butter or olive oil.

Cozy, comfortable, family, good breakfast, garage, and with a privileged location, close to the center of the Orla Bardot (50 mettos).
