Unfortunate

A revolting and totally unacceptable experience. I chose this guest house to celebrate my wedding anniversary, an extremely important date, and paid about R$ 900.00 per day for a room with special decoration that simply did not exist when we arrived. The place was in a state of complete abandonment: green swimming pool, taken by mud and crusts on all sides, strong smell, accumulated garbage, high bush, loose threads and falling, broken doors and chairs, a mattress thrown in the middle of the hallway and even strong smell of sewage on the escalators to access the beach. The room was full of sand, poorly cleaned — or even had been cleaned — with a broken garbage can and visible lack of hygiene. Nothing fits with what is advertised — the feeling is of total disrespect, lack of maintenance and respect for the guest. In addition, we were placed in a room facing the pool, completely without privacy. The door was damaged and it was possible to see everything from the outside. Fortunately, I realized in time, even before my wife changed clothes, which could have generated an even more embarrassing situation. The service was as bad as the structure. I stayed around two hours on the spot, recorded everything in photos and videos and, in the face of the absurd situation, asked to leave. Still, they refused to return the amount paid. They even came to claim that I would have signed a contract that never existed — nor did I check in, precisely because of the poor reception and the conditions of the venue. The most absurd thing is that after leaving there, I got another much better accommodation, with much more care and capricho, for less than half the value. What was supposed to be a special moment became one of the worst experiences I've ever had with hosting. I do not recommend in any way and leave this report as a warning for others. Obs: Here I can only post photos... and yet they show only about 50% of the problem. The worst of all is in the videos I recorded.

Worse accommodation... Don't believe the photos sent!

Dirty guesthouse, ripped bed linen, awful state of conservation, bathroom smelling like sewage. Air conditioning didn't work (ventilation only) We don't have support for help. At 22:00 the receptionist leaves. The key that gives access to the hostel does not open, we stayed more than 20 minutes to enter the hostel and we managed to enter with the help of another guest.

Escape from this hostel: dishonesty, poor quality and misleading propaganda

Tip: Never waste your money and time with this hostel. Avoid headaches and dissatisfaction.
I will list some points to facilitate:
• The bad service begins on WhatsApp, at the time of booking.
• Instagram sells an image that does not correspond to reality.
• The breakfast is bad, especially considering the daily value, which was not cheap.
• The bed is old and noisy.
• The bed linen is of bad quality.
• The towels didn’t dry — of much lower quality — and there was even a face towel. When I asked, they informed that they would check in another hostel, which did not happen.
I paid R$ 3,400.00 for three nights, but I only stayed one night, because I couldn't stay in the place.
When making the checkout, the attendant still commented “what wonderful”, without even questioning the reason for my early departure, even with the days already paid.
I have never seen such a bad service — from the attendant to the owner, who even greets the guests.
The entrance to the room scares from the very beginning: everything is very old and careless.

Dirty and unprepared place for lodging.

DON’T PLAY YOUR MONEY OUT!!
Horrible experience.
Bad service.
Poor quality food and even worse breakfast.
Unprepared employees with totally poor service.
I left until earlier than I had booked due to the place being horrible, dirty and noisy bed with towels covered with dirty.
The place is abandoned, dirt everywhere, dirty pools (which I did not even enter for it).
The extra decor is a thing with no caprichoes.
Worst hostel I've ever stayed in.

Do not refund even in the period by law

I made a reservation with 50% of the daily value at Pix on the day 02/12 at Cachoeira Inn and on the same day I had to cancel for work and request a refund. I'm waiting for my requested refund 1 week ago and the hostel says the financial will contact and nothing. According to reports from the Internet and Google there are many complaints. I DO NOT TRUST YOU
