The worst hotel I've ever stayed
The experience in this hotel left much to be desired. I stayed in a room in the basement, which already caused a great discomfort because it was extremely dark. In addition, the walls presented visible infiltrations, which gave an appearance of abandonment to the environment. The bed linen was dirty, which completely compromises the feeling of hygiene and welcoming. The shower water did not boil right, making the bath unpleasant. To make it worse, the internet was very bad, almost unusable. I had to make a call by the meet and it just didn't work. The security of the surroundings is so compromised, full of street residents, abandoned building in the surroundings, that in front of the hotel they say they do not take responsibility for the safety of the vehicles in the parking lot. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was good and well served. However, this does not compensate for the other problems faced during the stay. I do not recommend and do not intend to return. For the value of R$622 charged by them for FESU, for a triple room and no frigobar (which was requested and they did not want to make available) I think the quality was disappointing
