Mother's house

The Thiany guesthouse is very pleasant, both because of the staff and the owner. I was very well received. Breakfast is a delicious experience. The affection and welcome too.

Lack of speech and hygiene

Great location. Good breakfast.
But there was hair on the toilet and on the sheets. Dirty blanket, and the sheets had a part with bark of clay (or ink).
In 2 phone calls, days before check-in, it was explicitly agreed that for the elderly couple with difficulty in mobility would be designated a room on the same floor of the reception (ground) to avoid stairs. But this combination was disrespected! They got a room upstairs. Lack of consideration with the third age!

Nothing too much

From the reception, in addition to obstruction and difficult access, they were already off offering us an up-grade room, even it seems that we were placed in a pretty bad room so that we had the need to change the reservation. But honestly, if I were to pay more, I'd rather go somewhere else. Reasonable cleanliness, dirty bath towel, a few sheets of paper towel as a face towel, a bathroom adapted inside the room, say it has a garage but ask to leave the car on the street and a breakfast below average. But a detail I already knew, for the price I scheduled, did not really expect.

Very good breakfast

Inn well located, clean environment, the owner and friendly employees. I made the Reservation through Booking and when I arrived at the site, to my surprise, there was no Reservation. They were two rooms, one for a couple, another for a single. Luckily there was a couple out which I occupied. I don't know if what I booked is the same one I stayed in. The pictures on the Booking website do not match the found. The bathrooms were improvised, small and without ventilation. The wifi and the TV didn't work. The small garage and difficult to manoeuvre. The positive highlight was due to the breakfast, very good.

Thiany - good hotel with great staff.

Hotel with very good conditions. Staff is great. I am volleyball player and I lived there one month and everybody was helpful and worm for me. This was very good month for me> Thanks for Pousada Thiany!
