The hotel is well located if you have a child better yet after it is close to the child's world on the shore of Atalaia. AP quite wide, quite spacious, which makes the difference close to good places to eat and have fun at night

Outside beautiful violin but inside.....
We paid for a flat with living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom but we got a flat rubbed with stove completely rusted, gas can inside the kitchen (was empty). Geladeira funcionando mas td enferrujada tb. To our surprise had only one bath towel, pq the supplier had not delivered in the day.....The sole of our feet got dirty and then we found out that the flat had not been cleaned!!!! We arrived at 15:30 and check-in was from 14hs.
In the feelings played in a flat that had survived because nobody wanted but our reservations were made in November/2024!!!!
Despite calling several times and placing our apprehensions due to the comments read, it seems that we were punished and placed in the worst Flat! Bathroom and bed were the only things that surprised us positivament in the Flat. Dirty walls, doors and windows, curtain hanging on one side(we warned several times at the reception, but nobody did anything!) To finish, we must acknowledge the sympathy of the reception boys, the breakfast girls, the maids and the general service staff! Very. Thank you!
We regret that such polite and professional staff are working at this pension!
Call this place of Hotel is.a disrespect to the hospitality industry!
Bed linen and bathroom worn and old.....Dust and lack of dirt in the kitchen and the utensils that in the end we didn't even have the courage to use....Huge disappointment, because the photos on the Internet do not correspond to the reality of our Flat COMPLETELY SUCATEADO!!!!

The service and location are very good, but the conservation stayed a bit to be desired. The room was in need of a lot of maintenance, despite being large and nice. Doors and accessories damaged, mold that repeated in some common areas. The stay was good, but the hotel needs to improve the conservation.
