Horrible. Choose another

To get bad, you have to improve mto.
First bedroom with a horrible shower q didn't turn the resistance, no towel and no soap, I had q to go up another floor and in the other room the shower worked but there was no towel or soap, I had q to go to the reception rest walking on all wet to pick up the items.
At the very first moment I asked for my payment to be returned for the problems presented, I had to sleep so as not to lose the value.
Air conditioning on the side of the bed making very loud noise q I could only sleep at 4:30 after q the rhinitis gave a break due to so much dirt and dust. Mattress had a part that sinked all the time, terrible. Private cover completely broken and loose. I believe that even if it is for a low-income public, it does not justify contempt and lack of zeal.
The only positive point was the night attendant, out of that, a trash the place.

Wonderful

Good day I would like to thank you for the great service I had by the receptionist Cleber very attentive I liked the attention of Mr. Cleiton one of the owners Mr. Danilo owner very attentive the coffee girl wonderful coffee very nice comfortable room all wonderful a pity that was only 3 days I wanted to stay more all good to everyone until next year
