The service was first class and very friendly. I was only there 2 nights but they we’re memorable.

Terrible Stay

Arrived on a Thursday & the most annoying thing was how my surname was spelled incorrectly! Even after trying to correct them, they kept on calling me with a wrong name. Secondly, they gave me a room which door couldn't open unless a special key is used, why was it not checked 1st? As if that's not enough while out, i was moved to a different room with a smelly bathroom!

Going to first floor with no elevator might be an issue for some people. The staff was so loud way too early you can’t get any sleep in the morning. The place is clean so if you are an early bird the noise from outside won’t bother you. I did put in a complaint with front desk hopefully that helped.

Potentially excellent

This hotel is in a quiet location so you will need a car. It is not a family hotel but fine for business.
The great parts: big comfortable rooms with aircon, good bathrooms, water in the fridge and tea coffee facilities. The restaurant offers very good food at all mealtimes and should be far busier.
The less good: the common African problem of poor maintenance means that the pool filter doesn’t work so lots of debris floating in it. The gym is really basic with hard floor and no floor mats, so you can only sit on a bike or run on a machine. I like to follow a HIIT programme but need a mat... extensive mirrors down one wall doesn’t make a gym!

Awesome place to stay; a home away from home.

I had a great stay and i absolutely loved the place. The breakfast was awesome; especially the omelet and the coffee latte was to die for!!! The staff were exceptional and made my stay enjoyable . I will definitely go back for a holiday.
