Great place to Stay

Nice and clean apartments with all of the amenities you need. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly as well. I would recommend it for anyone going for business or pleasure.

Pleasant stay in Gaborone

Very nice and quiet, spacy apartment in a safe surrounding. The host, Patience, is very kind, helpful and attentive. I can recommend this property 100 % and rate full 5 stars!

The feeling of your own home

Lovely apartment where you feel at home immediately.
The pool was perfect for our girls.
The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of comfort in all rooms

Not a 3‑Star — Truly a 4‑Star Experience

I stay in around 80 hotels and serviced apartments every year, and Apartments @ 125 easily stands out as one of the best in the 25 countries I have travelled to in 2025. Peaceful, perfectly maintained, and extremely well equipped — there wasn’t a single thing I found lacking during my stay.
The shower is excellent, wifi super fast the bed wonderfully comfortable, and the entire place spotless and quiet. It’s ideally located too, close to Botswana's best coffee shop Daily Grind  and just minutes from the CBD. Yet still feels like a calm retreat away from the daily hustle.
Visiting Botswana is special, and staying here makes it even better. This property absolutely deserves its reputation for quality and comfort.
