Buena relación calidad precio

Esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Recoleta en una calle muy tranquila. La atención fue muy amable y cortes, las habitaciones son luminosas y la ducha es grande y con buena presión de agua. El desayuno no es que sea una maravilla pera sales bien desayunado.Justo enfrente del hotel hay una pequeña tienda de comestibles.

I would do a night in Cochabamba again but not at the Traveler

Decentralized hotel in a quiet location...reception staff very helpful and the only positive note...but everything else below category standards, small rooms, lack of cleanliness...Breakfast on a panoramic terrace but of very poor quality ..they only accepted cash for payment, even though the possibility of paying by credit card was clearly indicated.

SCAM!

WARNING, THIS IS A SCAM!
They overcharged my credit card, there is no hot water, and different from what they claim, there is no breakfast included. It is located on a busy street, and the windows and walls are thin, so you hear your neighbour and the dogs barking all night. The reception was not open when I arrived and was generally vacated. When I asked for a refund (after I finally tracked her down), the receptionist told me 'no' but did not give a reason. Also, a few workers, including the receptionist show up very sick for work and wear no mask. None of the workers speaks English. The hotel generally has a bad reputation with locals. If you come for a business or educational trip as I did, do not come, you waste your time trying to get internet, breakfast or even some water.

Little disappointment

The rooms are new. The hotel in general have a good look. The room was ok, little bathroom but functional. It took a long time before the hot water came and it was black hair on a white floor. Pretty obvious to see. Which is my biggest disappointment. The wi-fi works good. They offered parking on the street (parking in renovation). Polite staff, but don’t really speak English. The breakfast was good but nothing special. We came there after a long drive from la Paz so maybe we were expecting more from the hotel (hot shower, comfortable bed). We personally didn’t like it but nothing is major wrong with that hotel.

Agua fría en invierno, el mejor hotel

Pésima experiencia, me tuve que bañar con agua fría ya que no pudieron solucionar ese problema. En invierno! Me hicieron esperar más de 30min para nada y llegué tarde al evento.
Pedí un descuento y se hicieron la burla al darme 2 $US de descuento....
Pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo a nadie que vaya con expectativas mínimas.
