Wow!!! Wow!!! WOW!!! 10 OUT OF 10... EXCEPTIONAL

Wow!!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! Every moment at Maya Beach Hotel was memorable!!! I did ample research prior to deciding on your resort. Primarily reading other comments by previous guests. Again, the recommendations by all DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I definitely enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, swimming at the beach and Hotel pool. The staff completely made us feel at home. 10 out of 10... in every category!!! (Cut and paste from other reviews on social media) Jessica!!!! Albert, Denver, Mark taxi driver... Dionda? on WhatsApp... your entire staff has been phenomenal... what a vacation... yes ofcourse ill be leaving comments on social media...

Clean and spacious room (Manatee) facing the beach. The property was well maintained including a pool with ocean view. Sargasso was cleaned often to keep the beach neat. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Prior to our arrival, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the weather, as we were considering canceling our trip. The staff was extremely helpful, keeping us informed of the weather conditions and accommodating a potential change to our reservation.
When we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, we were pleasantly surprised to be granted immediate access to our room. In addition, we were generously upgraded to a larger apartment than the one we had originally booked.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay marked by exceptional hospitality, outstanding customer service, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Property was well maintained, restaurant and staff were great! Helped us set up transport to and from airport along with setting up our golf cart rental for the week.
