Ridiculous.

Nice hotel but terrible service! Forgot something and ask ridiculous amount for return costs. When you call about that, the guy at the front desk says he doesn't have time for this and I'll just have to check it out. Totally not customer friendly. I don't think it's nice that they didn't call and tell me that something of value was found there. So we could have just picked it up.

Hotel to recommend near the beach.

Hotel to recommend! We spent a weekend with friends in Ostend and stayed at this hotel. What to say? Warm and professional welcome. Very beautiful setting. Clean and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast was varied and excellent.
