First class hotel with superb staff

Great location near to the seafront. Excellent reception on arrival from the desk staff who recognised us on arrival by name. Car parking available on site at the side of the hotel. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Shower excellent and air conditioning was VERY welcome. Breakfast had a range on offer - all very well presented. Staff excellent. Attractive bar area open from 1700 hrs. Dinner on site in the restaurant from 1800-2000. Again wide choice of meals on offer - wine and beer included. Cannot fault the hotel. Have been a regular there on two or three occasions each year and our next stay in September already booked. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Fabulous hotel

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was immense and the staff are super helpful. I would highly recommend to others.

Half Term Beach Fun!

We stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 half term together with our daughter and my in-laws.
Location: Perfect for the beach and also exploring Ostende itself.
Our room was perfect for us! Located near the in-laws but also spacious and very suitable for a family stay.
Breakfast was fabulous! Good selection, amazing croissants!!
The hotel staff were very pleasant to deal with and always on hand to try and help!

A trip back to the future!!

We first stayed at this hotel back in August 1978 on our honeymoon!
For many years we have walked past it on our regular trips to the Belgian coast but this time decided to stay there for 3 nights on a short break.
It has certainly been fully refurbished since our last visit. Very smart, helpful staff and a lovely room (Junior Suite).
Comprehensive breakfast choice and a very nice bar.
Location right near the main beach and facilities.
