The property was showing the age, but still good for your needs. The door was very small, hard to notice. I ended up spending an hour trying to get into the big neighboring gym of the same name. The elevator was out of order from the beginning to the end of my three nights stay and it seemed the repair would take longer to happen. The reception was nice to help me carrying the suitcase up and repeated that the repair was coming the next day. It would be nice if there a little shelf or a simple anything in the bathroom to hold the little bag of tooth brush and other cleaning necessities. I had to carry all of baggages from the 3d floor down when leaving in the morning when the reception was not available. The kitchen was good but lacked a kettle for those who had to drink hot or boiled water. Also, a toaster would be great.

I have no idea why this place is allowed to list such place on hotels.com. the room was not clean, the shower was broken in hot weather I had to shower in a broken shower...no staff was at the reception so no one was there to help. The window was broken and I couldn't close it and so the noise outside didn't allow me sleep...with the same price I could go to a more reasonable place but thought the location compensate for everything else which didn't

Disappointment

The most negative thing about my stay is the noise of the street, the cafe bar in front puts music on the street and because the windows are not well soundproofed, you can not sleep , besides there are no blinds with which comes clarity in the morning even if you do not want ... there are short curtains , the apt in general was somewhat neglected, smelled of tobacco , the bedding broken white , broken bed sheets , bathroom not very clean , uncomfortable sofa bed ...... and they hold you 50 euros in case you break something ..... anyway, .I will not return.

Poor service

The shower cleared the hallway within 1 minute. So we couldn't shower. We were allowed to cancel the second night the employee said, no problem. The hotel was fully booked So we booked another hotel, out of town. I didn't get the money back, the management assessed that there was nothing wrong with the room. It sucks!

We danken u voor uw bericht. Het is onze verantwoordelijkheid om elke klacht of opmerking ernstig te nemen. In dat kader hebben wij uw initiële klacht grondig geëvalueerd. Wij konden echter geen probleem vaststellen met de afwatering in de douche. Sindsdien hebben wij daar ook geen klachten meer over mogen ontvangen. Het spijt ons dat u zich niet kan vinden in ons voorstel tot compensatie. We hopen u toch opnieuw in één van onze locaties te mogen verwelkomen zodat u een nieuwe, aangename ervaring kan beleven binnen Getaway.

Very loud elevator in dire need of a service, if your room is near it you will struggle to sleep.
