Overall ok hotel

The hotel is a little old-fashioned decorated but overall is correct the bathroom a renovation to plan would be welcome. the friendly staff offered us a small coffee and a croissant before leaving. the hotel is well served in terms of transport by bus and tram in front.

Decent Hostel like Hotel

Made booking because of several training days in Brussels. The service is well enough (not always someone present at reception but key opens front door as well), my room was not very big but it was clean with daily maintenance, a small fridge and hotel goodies.
Breakfast not continental like the big hotels but still proper choice.
A lot of parking in front and location pretty good alongside a main road.

Absolute disgrace

Booked this so called 'hotel' via booking.com based on the booking.com filters for hotel, location and free car parking on site.
Received an email from booking.com saying that the hotel had enquired what time we would be checking in. I wrote back saying after 20:00 and it would be a late check in.
On arrival at this building (can't call it a hotel) there was no one to check us in and despite telephone numbers posted on the door no one answered leaving us left without accommodation and no option but to book an alternative hotel.
I have travelled domestically and internationally for work and leisure and never ever before have I been left in this situation - an absolute disgrace and no one should use this place at all. Its advertising is surely a total misrepresentation when there is no staff present it should be classed as a hostel not a hotel. Absolutely outraged.

Prima hotel

Voor 1 nachtje geboekt vanwege locatie van een evenement in de buurt. Ontvangst was erg vriendelijk, kamer ook prima voor een nachtje. Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien, wel wat aan de warme kant. Ik had een kamer aan de wegkant, super drukke weg dus iets minder fijn. Ontbijt was ook goed, van alles aanwezig. Maar een tip voor het hotel, vervang de handdoeken en badmat eens, kan echt niet meer! (Zie foto)

bonne etape entre deux jours de welness

très bon accueil des notre arrivée malgré l'heure tardive ( 23h) chambres un peut rétro mais pas de problèmes pour nous ,très bon petit déjeuner et bonne literie dans les chambres. peut être un peut de bruit avec la grand route devant
