There are a large range of rooms, the booking system didn't allow us to book for 2 rooms for 5 people so we booked for 3 rooms. One room ended up being two floors with two large beds, one on each floor, one room was a large room with two single beds and one tiny loft room with a double bed (be careful not to hit your head!) Staff were very friendly and looked after our bags before and after checkin and checkout. Relatively clean, and very close to tram stop and metro station

Bad Experience

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Our reservation stated that we reserved a queen bed but were given two twin beds pushed together. When we asked about it, we were told they had queen beds but none were available, and no effort was made to offer any kind of solution or goodwill gesture. The bathroom smelled strongly like sewage, and when we reported it, the front desk simply said, “That just happens,” before reluctantly offering to send maintenance. The customer service was the worst part. One front desk employee (whose name started with an “A”) was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful every time we spoke with him. After our stay, I emailed management to give them the opportunity to address these concerns before posting a review. They never responded. Problems happen, but it’s how a hotel handles them that matters. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both service and communication. I would not stay here again.

Clean but too noisy with the door slamming.

The reception is helpful and professional. The room is clean. However, the bed is not comfortable at all, nor are the pillows. Furthermore, the annex of the hotel is very poorly soundproofed; the building's door slams constantly with each passing guest. During the night, there are many comings and goings in the hotel; in short, I did not sleep for two nights. Disappointed in the end for the rest.

Clean room and good bedding, good breakfast and hotel is well placed by contribution to the city center, very welcome

READ THIS RATING IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON STAYING HERE

Have to write this here, because booking doesn't let me. The stay was awful, please do not go there. Room was not the same as advertised, very dirty, old, at floor level (you could hear everything outside), and the shower was leaking into an electric outlet causing a fire hazard. We booked two nights, had to leave (it was very dangerous) and they did not offer us a refund as a token of goodwill. Please, get away from this hotel!
