Very pleasant hotel in charming small town

Modern hotel with very special, all-wood interior with lots of little details. Comfy rooms and beds. Located on a mostly very quiet street with a short walk to the historic city center. We really appreciated the friendly, welcoming staff. Easy to find parking just outside the hotel.
Only drawbacks: the glass door to the bathroom and the room temperature following the recent extreme heat

Small but nice hotel

A very warm welcome, in Dutch.
Very nice room in the wood!
(Only the toilet in the shower room is a strange combination. You have to pull the water away, otherwise wet feet if you have to go to the toilet)
Breakfast was modest but more than adequate and very tasty.
Parking in front of the door is only possible from 6pm to 9am —> other hours a resident card is required.
Highly recommended to book here!

Original decor, good breakfast

This is an original décor, all in wood, as the name of the hotel suggested. And don't expect a chalet, but stylish rooms with all the comforts. The breakfast also met our expectations.

Handsome hotel

Beautiful concept , minimalist rooms in wood but everything is in it , well done for the space . There was also possibility to eat there in the evening

Overnight and dinner just top

Apart from wonderfully comfortable beds in nice and quiet rooms, we were delighted with the kindness of the owner and the staff.
The hotel is within walking distance to the city center and you are within a few kilometers by car in Spa, Monschau and the High Fenn, where you can go hiking great.
Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired - I love fabric napkins for breakfast too and dinner was a dream.
Live cooking, best ingredients, served with love, very attentive service, delicious wines and therefore an absolute heart recommendation. Thanks for everything:)
