Stayed in Studio K. The studio was spotless. The staff is amazing - very friendly and responsive! Great location. Strongly recommend!

Wrongful rude letter from management

Receptionist informs that if we want to have breakfast early the next morning we have to do so in the sister hotel. We tell them we want to do that and get an explanation of how to walk there. Next day we receive a handwritten angry note, with exclamation marks, on our doorstep that we should not have done this without first reserving it. At the sister hotel we had neatly registered as guests of the other hotel with our room number.
The note was rude, also admonishing that we definitely had to pay, with printed bill. Yes wadden, we still had to check out and were still well on time.
It's not our fault they didn't pass this on internally. The employee who later checked us out was shocked by the insolence of the note.
That was our third stay there but now they never see us there again.

good location, close to parking, very neat, very spacious and very practical bathroom!!, neat, good room, mattress OK, soundproof, heating / air conditioning easy to operate yourself, TV internet could be a little better, definitely worth coming back! homemade egg according to choice was much appreciated, good breakfast, everything very fine

I like to know a little in advance when we should have breakfast at another hotel

The rooms are small, the bathroom is really good, the location beautiful and close to the Broel Towers. However, had we not had an issue with our badge on Sunday we would never have known that we had to go for breakfast on Monday in a hotel just down the street. That this was not mentioned during check-in does not make me happy and for someone with a hotel education like me this is an experience "below standard". All happiness refused the entrance badge (which can happen but is also incomprehensible) service in refreshing before we went to dinner. The person who came to help us out was apparently from the other hotel where we had to have breakfast the next day otherwise we would never have known and who started happiness himself about breakfast.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming

I stayed here for 10 days during a trip to the Belgian cycling classics. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, the breakfast is good and has plenty of variety ranging from fresh fruit to viennoiseries, and the staff are professional yet welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location in that it is quiet, yet within a five minute walk of the beautiful square and the river front. Many good restaurants are nearby. It is also a very good location to cycle from with easy access out onto the rural roads.
