I was impressed by the quality of the hotel/room considering how affordable it was. Located in a great area, walking distance to lots of great restaurants/bars/shopping etc The staff were all extremely hospitable and the room was decently maintained. I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the plaza which was an added bonus.

Very nice hotel in great part of town, easy to explore the city from here. Great breakfast, and the AC was fantastic given the heatwave they were having.

Ok so here’s my honest review.
First of all the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s smack in the middle of the centre and gives great access to all central locations.
Upon arrival and despite booking a compact room, I was told that I had been given an upgrade to one of the “biggest rooms they had” which I was excited about. Upon entering indeed the room was bigger, but is as you would expect for a budget hotel.
The room was fairly clean and the air-conditioning was adequate at best. Despite being on the highest fan setting, I really struggled to hear anything let alone feel it.
The biggest downside to my bedroom was that the bathroom sink was painfully slow at draining. After asking for this to be fixed, there was a slight improvement but unfortunately made washing my face nearly impossible and made the sink very difficult to keep clean.
No, whilst they have not lied about there being a complimentary breakfast, the small selection of a thinly sliced cake a waffle or fruit made me laugh although the coffee machine was great.
Overall, I think I would stay in this hotel again but would definitely not pay the same price. If you intend to spend much time inside the hotel itself, I would not recommend.
The staff were friendly enough, albeit at times a little preoccupied. I would have laid there to be a member of staff 24/7 but after 11 pm, nobody is there.

A bit far from the train station but within walking distance.

There is no breakfast, listing clearly says breakfast included with every room in about 3 different places.
Staff told me my room didn't include breakfast, I insisted it did, he said i'd have to show him a receipt or something. When I showed him the booking saying breakfast included he said they don't do breakfast anymore, but that I could get a breakfast voucher if I show the guy working the front tomorrow.
Showed the guy at reception the next day, he said my room doesn't include breakfast, then when I showed him the listing he said they don't do breakfast anymore, said he can't do anything (despite there being a pile of breakfast vouchers sitting on the table), said he could give me the managers number if I want to take it up with him but at this point I just gave up
