A place to never stay

The room is very hot.
It's over 30 degrees inside.
Everything is very old and noisy.
The place is also poorly preserved.
I had to go up four floors.
The room was a basement with a hood.
The sheets were old and worn.
There were only 2 fine old towels

Student Accommodation standard, not hotel

Booked 4 nights through booking.com who have been totally unresponsive. There is no reception or 24 hour lobby. It is self serve system for entry, so if security is an issue for you then its not for you. I stayed in Room 4 which had major plumbing issues so the whole place stank of foul sewage. It was dirty, worn out and did not look like any of the photos. Towels threadbare with holes, curtains dirty, table broken I could go on. so if cleanliness is an issue for you then this place is definitely not suitable. I had to check out after first night as it was so bad. If you have mobility issues then do not book here, there are narrow stairs all the way into the roof space and not ideal for carrying luggage. The property owner Sam was not very nice and to be avoided. £120 per night its not acceptable standard.
If you are travelling light, fit and able, like fried chicken, want to be in the city centre and pay student rates then this is for you.
